Choose an available route

The official download centre shows the configured options. If Google Play or the APK is unavailable, do not substitute a download from an unrelated site with a similar name.

1. Open the official download centre and choose Android.
2. Select an available Google Play or APK option.
3. Check the product and publisher, then follow the system installation steps.

After installation

On first opening, check the product name, account and connection features. If installation fails, note your OS version, download route and error message. Do not post passwords or payment details in public groups.

Changing devices or reinstalling

Get the app again from the official download centre on your new device and sign in with your existing account. Check your current membership before purchasing a new plan; reinstalling does not itself mean you need to buy again.

If your device warns you

Check the source and device compatibility first. If the system reports malware or the source is unclear, stop and contact official support. Do not ignore a security warning simply to finish installation. If Android only says your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source, you can temporarily allow installs for the browser you used to download the APK; menu names and paths vary by brand and Android version.

1. Open Settings, go to Apps, then Special app access, and tap Install unknown apps.
2. Select the browser you used to download the APK and turn on Allow from this source.
3. Return to the downloads list in that browser, open the official FoxLink APK and follow the system prompts.
4. After installing, return to the same setting and turn the permission off again. Do not grant it to other apps or for files that are not the official FoxLink download.
